Swim Lesson policies

For all lessons with Swim Zone Swim School Parents or Guardian of the swimmers must download, sign and send me the Contract Policies and Liability Waiver before the start of the lessons. There is a link to that form HERE.

Private Lessons are for one swimmer for the time listed.  Payment must be made at the time the lessons are scheduled.  Cancellations may be rescheduled with 48 hour notice. Refunds will not be given.

Semi-Private Lessons are for two swimmers sharing a lesson for the time listed.  Both swimmers must attend.  Payment must be made at the time the lessons are scheduled.  Cancellations may be rescheduled with 48 hour notice. Refunds will not be given.  Both lessons must agree in order to reschedule the lesson.  If the other participants agree then the lessons may be converted to a private for the additional payment to meet that lesson rate. If one swimmer does not show and does not meet the notice requirements, then the lesson will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

Group Lessons are for 3 or more swimmers sharing a lesson for the time listed.  All of the swimmers must attend.  Payment must be made at the time the lessons are scheduled.  Cancellations may be rescheduled with 48 hour notice. Refunds will not be given.  All lesson participants must agree in order to reschedule the lesson. If the other participants agree then the lessons may be converted to a private or Semi-Private for the additional payment to meet that lesson rate.   If one swimmer does not show and does not meet the notice requirements, then the lesson will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
